I live in NC and spend time in the "friendly city". I had been searching for a specific used SUV in exemplary condition but gave up several months ago as I could not find one. James found the perfect one that had just been traded in. He grabbed it for me and held on to it until it was serviced and cleaned up (very well done - thank you!). Tyler Rich was the absolute best salesperson I’ve had to deal with for a new car! I drove from my hometown to Harrisonburg Honda for the perfect car that stays on the lot for about 5 seconds! Tyler answered the phone quickly and through facebook messenger where I saw the car posted. He was on it! He pulled the car up front for me and had it waiting when I arrived, ready for a test drive! He was a no nonsense sales person, honest and straightforward! Would give more stars if I could!
